Concetta R. Lomanto
Concetta has more than 25 years of experience representing victims of automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip, trip and fall accidents, defective products and wrongful foreclosures throughout New York State.
A graduate of Northeastern University, Concetta received her law degree from Albany Law School. Since joining Maynard, O’Connor, Smith & Catalinotto, LLP, Concetta has been known to be a highly skilled litigator and has tried and negotiated cases with multi-million dollar exposures, successfully resolving hundreds of cases. Concetta has served as a mediator in the area of litigation and has lectured for the New York State Bar Association, as well as on medical issues.
She earned a Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of BV, indicating high to very high legal ability and very high ethical standards. In 2015, ConcettaÂ received a Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award in recognition of her quality of service, responsiveness, value and ability to communicate effectively with clients. She is a member of the American Association of Justice.
Concetta is originally from Fulton County. She is married and has two children.
Based primarily in our Albany office, Concetta also maintains an office in Johnstown.
