Bruce A. Bell
Bruce has served as a trial attorney with the firm for more than 30 years, successfully representing plaintiffs in automobile accidents, slip and falls and employment discrimination matters. His practice areas also include employment and municipal law, products liability, and general litigation, with extensive working knowledge of the various levels of state and federal laws that govern employment claims, particularly those involving discrimination and sexual harassment. He lends a sensitive ear to his clients in an effort to protect their rights and advocate for them to achieve the relief sought.
He joined the firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1989.Â He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District, Southern District and Eastern District of New York.
A graduate of Cornell University, Bruce received his law degree from the University of South Carolina.Â He is a member of the Albany County and New York State Bar Associations, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.Â Recognized for his legal knowledge, Bruce is a frequent guest lecturer at Albany Law School.Â In 2008 and again in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 he was selected as a Super Lawyer, a listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Bruce has been active in the Delmar and Bethlehem community, where he was involved in youth basketball and baseball programs for many years; he currently serves as Chair of the advisory board of the Bethlehem YMCA.Â When his schedule will allow it, Bruce enjoys golf and running.
