Adam T. Mandell
Adam joined Maynard Oâ€™Connor as an Associate Attorney in 2008, and became a Partner in 2015.Â During that time, he has assisted clients in all phases of litigation, from initial investigation to final appeal.Â He has experience representing seriously injured individuals and their families in cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.Â Adam approaches each case with compassion, helping to guide his clients through the difficult challenges that oftentimes follow a serious injury or accidental death.Â He is an aggressive advocate, prepared to fight to get you every dollar you are entitled to, whether through settlement or trial.
Adam is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (inactive), the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
A Â member of the New York State, Ulster County, Albany County and Saugerties bar associations, Adam is aÂ cum laudeÂ graduate of Western New England College School of Law, and Hobart College.
Adam currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Western New England University School of Law Alumni Association, as well as on the Board of Directors of RUPCO, a housing and community development not-for-profit organization. He is also a Member of the Committee for Character and Fitness for the Third Judicial District. He previously served as a Delegate to the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) House of Delegates, and as a Board Member of the Ulster County Bar Association.
Adam lives in the Catskills with his wife and two sons.
